This blog is about my day to day life and how I am learning to adjust to being middle aged and empty nest syndrome. I am learning to cook for 2 people without alot of waste.(Dogs are getting fat). We own a poultry farm and also raise goats and horses. Everyday is a new day on a farm. I am not sure where this quote came from", learn something new every day, and you will never live the same day twice." but it is my motto. I have always been curious and adventurous which lead my parents to label me as a "free spirit." Makes me laugh now knowing it meant they didn't know what to do with me. I love to capture my life in photos and love to share these. I am also exploring my ancestry when I have time.
